The Tacoma Public Library has an online oral history collection that that includes 19 oral histories from prominent members of the community that were conducted in the 1970s. We use the meta data and other information about these individuals to link them to their profile on the Family Tree. This google sheet provides some information about the photos we have successfully linked. The Tacoma Public Library also has an index of 486,000 obituaries or death notices for Pierce County.
