Jacob Van Leeuwen is a senior from Kaysville, Utah currently studying both Statistics and Economics. He is excited to be working as a research assistant in the BYU Record Linking Lab, and his research interests include Behavioral Economics and Labor Economics. Currently, Jacob is the lead research assistant on the school menus project, which involves linking nutritional information with the foods schoolchildren eat. Following graduation, he plans on obtaining a PhD in Economics and working as a professor.
